“Celebrate endings- for they precede new beginnings.”

With a vision of creating an enabling environment for knowledge sharing, a three day capacity building program was organised at DAVCPS, Mandi under leadership of ARO Mr. K.S. Guleria.

Almost 90 participants from the recently opened branches – DAV Joginder Nagar, DAV Gohar, DAV Bhareri and DAV Katrain along with the host school actively participated in it.

The program intended to enhance the abilities and competencies of the educators from different schools. It was focused on subject enrichment and adopting novel methodologies.

The workshop was graced by inputs from Mrs. Monika Vatsyayan, Principal DAV Barmana (Residential Wing) , Mr.Sunil Gangta, Principal DAV Barmana and Mr.Gaurav Oberio, Motivational Speaker.

The program was concluded by an inspirational speech by ARO, Mr. K.S.Guleria. He motivated the participants to focus on quality education and importance of upgrading their skills in order to deliver the content effectively.

An enchanting musical performance was given by Mr.Tarun, Mr. Vishal and Ms. Suman followed by a feedback session. Vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Neena Kapoor. The program culminated with Shanti path.
